We are professional in making beverage filling production line with more than 15 years’ experience . Zhangjiagang JST Machinery lies in Zhangjiagang city, Jiangsu Province, China, and it will take us 2 hours by car from shanghai to our factory . Usually for canned drink filling line ,the filling process is as belows : Empty can loading Can cleaning tunnel→ Can filling sealing machine → Liquid nitrogen adding machine (optional)→ Liquid level checking machine (optional)→ date printing machine → Filled can packaing machine →
For canned drink filling line, usually there are two types :carbonated drink and non-carbonated drink filling line
For carbonated drink filling line ,the filling process is as belows :
1.Raw water pump→PE storage tank→Quartz sand filter→active carbon filter→sodium ion exchanger →precision filter →reverse osmosis →UV sterilizer→Final clean water storage tank.
2.Syrup melting tank→Syrup filter→Mixing tanks→Beverage mixing machine ←Co2filter
3.Empty can collecting table → rinsing tunnel →filling sealing machine→warming machine → Can drying machine→ Can sleeve labeling machine(optional)→ Date inkjet code printing machine→Can packing machine
For can filling sealing machine ,usually we have 2 in 1 ,
12-4, for 500ml, usually filling speed can be around 5000-8000 cans per hour
18-6,for 500ml, usually filling speed can be around 10000-12000 cans per hour
24-8,for 500ml,usually filling speed can be around 18000 cans per hour .

After-sales Service:
1.We will send operation book, electricity drawing by email to you .
2.For all of our machines, the warranty time is: 24 months since delivery.
3.Once machine arrives to your country, we will guide you to prepare the electricity, welding machine, and raw material. At the same time, we will begin to make the visa for our engineers.
4.Usually for complete filling line, it will take engineer 15 -20days at least to install in your country . For single machine,usually it will take him 7-10 days to install in your city
.
By the way ,we can also provide the following service :
1). We will support online -teaching for filling line installation .
2). We will check whether we have engineer near your city or near your country ,if yes ,we will ask them to install the filling line for you ,but usually the salary will be a little expensive .

Please take each spare part photo with its model to me ,we will send them to you by DHL or fedex ,the fee will be afford by your side
