This is round bottle self-adhesive labeling machine ,we have machines for single label , front label and back labels, three labels ,each machine is different
Labeling speed : 0-10000 bottles per hour (the labeling table can be longer ,and you can prepare more workers to improve the labeling speed )
Labeling table : PET bottles will be sent to the labeling table through conveyor belt which is inside the table ,and then workers can put the PVC label on bottle surface .then bottle together with labels will be sent to the shrink oven .
Shrink oven : It is used to connect the steam which is made by steam generator .
The steam inside the shrink oven ,the capacity ,it can be adjusted ,by adjust the valve which is under the shrink oven .And inside the shrink oven, there is steam outlet pipe ,you can adjust them to change the shrink position ,please check following photos:
Steam generator :
This is electricity type .18kw Steam generator (24kgs per hour ),just need to add water ,then it can boil the water to make steam out .
Usually we will pack the machines by using wrapping film.
Then we will pack them by using standard export wooden cases .
And at last ,we will load them into container
Sometimes client will come to discuss the detail.
And sometimes, client will come to inspect and learn to train the machines before delivery :
Usualy client will go to make the customs clearance ,and take the machines to their factory
Then our engineer will go to assemble them .
And then engineer will test each machine
